CONTEXT OF DATA COLLECTION AND TYPE OF COLLECTED DATA  

The information that the Département de la Manche collects comes from the voluntary communication by individuals who enter it on the forms on this website. The data collected using these forms are your identification and contact data (surname, first name, e-mail address). 

CONTACT FORM 

The information collected from the contact form is sent to a service mailbox. The processing is carried out with the consent of the person concerned. The data collected are identification and contact data (surname, first name, e-mail address). Only data marked with an asterisk on the questionnaire is mandatory. 

The collected data will be sent to the department concerned by the request within the Département de la Manche. As data is collected based on consent, it is kept for a maximum of 6 months. 

By ticking “I have read and accept the Data Privacy Policy” box on the contact form, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described above.
